Instruction is provided by Coach Tom Gallicchio, a UFC veteran and second-degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a professional MMA career spanning over 12 years. Coaching is also provided by Coach Stefanie Gallicchio, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, professional grappler, and Certified USA Wrestling Coach. The gym provides training in American Jiu-Jitsu, Introduction to Jiu-Jitsu, Advanced Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, and Muay Thai Kick boxing, alongside Kid’s Jiu-Jitsu and Kid’s Mixed Martial Arts. The facility is open Monday through Friday from 8 am – 8 pm and Saturday from 10 am – 12:30 pm, with Sunday closed.
