Combat and conditioning programs include Adult Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Adult Boxing, Ladies Kickboxing, and Pro Fit Bootcamp. Youth martial arts instruction features Lil' Warriors for children 4-7 years old alongside intermediate mixed martial arts classes for youth 8-12 years old.
