TRU Fight Club is an MMA and self-defense training center located at 1455 Liberty Avenue in Hillside, NJ. The class list includes one-hour and 75-minute sessions covering Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Boxing, KickBoxing, and striking classes such as Striking Tech Spar and Striking Conditioning. Youth programming serves children ages 6 to 14 with both Kids Gi and Kids NoGi Jiu Jitsu classes alongside youth Self Defense, MMA, Boxing, and KickBoxing instruction.
