The school is owned and instructed by Jonathan Waterfall, a fourth dan black belt who has been teaching martial arts for more than fifteen years. Having begun martial arts at age seven and earned his black belt under Master Don Wallen, Waterfall holds an extensive background in traditional striking, weapons training, and full-contact kickboxing. Coursework includes traditional martial arts classes with forms, sparring, board breaking, and foundational grappling techniques introduced at the blue belt rank. The school also offers teenage and adult Kickboxing and MMA classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, alongside early childhood training and the Rock Steady Boxing program.

Classes accommodate all age groups, featuring youth programs for ages 4 to 14, adult fundamental sessions, and scheduled open mat training. Instruction at the gym is provided by Coach Mike Martinez across weekday training sessions. The weekly timetable features mixed martial arts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. On Wednesday, the academy holds open mat sparring from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, followed by mixed martial arts from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Weekend open mat sparring times are scheduled as TBA on Saturday and Sunday. Prospective members can begin training with their first two weeks free. Regular monthly dues are $70 monthly for adults and $50 monthly for youth, with youth participation restricted to high school age only. Discounts of $50 monthly are provided for military, first responder, and government personnel. In addition, a low income / troubled youth discount offers a pricing range from free to $30 monthly upon review.
