Operating under the motto "Rollin' and Swolin' Since 1996," the academy features an instructional staff with more than 30 years of training experience. The curriculum covers both Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, teaching leverage, positional control, joint locks, and chokeholds, alongside Judo throws, foot sweeps, and pins rooted in the concept of off-balancing known as kuzushi. Striking and stand-up offerings include high-energy Muay Thai kickboxing utilizing punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, plus wrestling and mixed martial arts. The weekly schedule also includes Kids Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Advanced No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Law Enforcement sessions, Strength Training, Open Mat, and Women's Classes.
