The instructional roster includes black belts Clement Shields, Christopher Bradford, Matt Vollers, Pauly, Chris Grabowicz, Jordan Dodge, and Jacob Horton, alongside purple belt Ryan Myrah, blue belt Jesse Tobar, and instructors George Pascaul and Terry Foret. Programming spans traditional Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi American Jiu-Jitsu blending submission grappling with American Folkstyle Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu Basics for adults and teens, Boxing, Adult Kickboxing, and Sunday Open Mat.
