Group classes take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings, beginning with Boxing / Muay Thai from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, followed by Catch Wrestling / MMA from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Open Mat / Sparring from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with an additional Sparring / Open Mat session on Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Outside of evening group classes, the Prescott facility is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and offers individual and small group personal training sessions on weekdays between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm.
