The Garden MMA operates at 4537 Wayne Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, providing dedicated mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai instruction. The academy maintains a focused training atmosphere centered on technical skill development, personal fitness, and straightforward coaching for practitioners of all backgrounds. The curriculum features a structured 13-week training progression covering gi and submission grappling no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside authentic Muay Thai striking. Youth programs are organized into age-specific classes—including Seeds for ages 4 to 5, Sprouts for ages 6 to 9, and Buds for ages 10 to 12—teaching body awareness, discipline, and grappling fundamentals. Classes prioritize continuous technical growth, mutual respect, and functional conditioning without sales pressure or gimmicks on the mats. Martial artists and families in Philadelphia can visit the Wayne Avenue facility to tour the gym, speak with coaches, and attend an introductory class.
