The striking curriculum is led by head boxing coach Corey Frizzell and Kru K.C. Rogers, offering technical boxing and Muay Thai classes. Youth martial arts classes instill focus, discipline, and anti-bullying awareness for younger students. Instructors cultivate an engaging and respectful training atmosphere centered on individual progression, physical conditioning, and mat safety.
