The academy was established by brothers Andy Main and Mike Main, mixed martial arts and submission grappling competitors who structured the curriculum around technical skill acquisition and progressive physical conditioning. The coaching roster also features Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai instructor Bobby Weiser, who began training in 2007, guiding students through foundational positional escapes, takedowns, and live sparring rounds. Course offerings encompass approximately seventy weekly classes across seven days each week with morning, midday, and evening options. Programs include adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, mixed martial arts, wrestling, judo, and structured kids martial arts instruction.
