Stand-up striking classes cover punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and five-element clinch work, while grappling sessions focus on angles, leverage, and body positioning for controlling an opponent. Programming in Virginia Beach includes beginner fundamentals, advanced and competition team classes, private lessons, and a Kids Martial Arts program for children ages 5 through 12 that offers fun and exercise while building confidence, respect, and motivation. New adult and youth students can test the curriculum through a seven-day free trial before enrolling.
